Hi, allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Mark and Debbie, a husband and wife team who are becoming increasingly involved in photographing the Midlands equestrian scene, often joined by our son Alex. Somehow we manage to fit this in around demanding day jobs - but it's so different we consider it more stress relief than work - after all "a change is as good as a rest" !
Much of our "core business" is as resident photographers to the "Knights of Middle England", a radical new born medieval jousting team that are bringing the “Knights of Old” into the 21st Century.
We record most of their events, from full-on public jousting displays, medieval experiance activity days, promotional appearances and even wedding escorts !
Our aim is to provide high quality, but reasonably priced, souvenir photographs (and photo based merchandise) of these remarkable days out.
We provide a similar service to the International Warwick School of Riding, primarily for their cross country events and fun days, and we now cover various other equine events based around Coventry - from where our photo's have made it onto the pages of several magazines. Over the last couple of years we have become increasingly involved with several small riding clubs and regularily visit as resident photographers to their shows, gymkhana's and charity events.
We are now diversifying our skills and are willing to take on various commissions, ranging from carefully staged interior shots for magazines and books to totally off the wall charity concerts ! If you think we can help you with our photographic services please contact us and we can discuss your requirements.
Regards,
Mark & Debbie Townsend.

First find the event you are intersted in and click on the yellow title bar.
Use the thumbnails on the left to scan through the gallery quickly, they run in roughly chronological order and you should be able to find yourselves easily by looking out for your outfit / horse.
When you find images of interest click on them and follow the on screen directions to go forward, backwards or even run a slideshow from that point.
Due to the large numbers of images involved this gallery is purely intended to show SAMPLES. As such they are deliberately low resolution and watermarked to protect copyright - they are NOT SUITABLE FOR PRINTING. Please contact us if you want to see larger samples and we can load them to a personalised, password protected Fotopic gallery. Alternativily we can send them via email for approval.
Regards,
Mark & Debbie. |
